We recently completed a complete overhaul of a client’s staircase, which required us to remove the old one and build a new one that complied with village code.
To bring this project to life, we installed pine pre-primed skirt boards and risers, which provided a smooth and polished base for the new staircase. We then added new red oak stair treads and handrails, which added warmth and elegance to the space.
In addition, we’re currently in the process of painting the newel post and spindles white , which will create a cohesive and modern look for the staircase.
We understand the importance of staying up-to-date with building codes, and we take pride in ensuring that our projects meet all necessary regulations. With our attention to detail and commitment to using high-quality materials, we believe that this staircase remodel has truly transformed the space.
We invite you to take a look at the before and after photos of this project, and we hope that they inspire you to consider updating your own staircase. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
