The Glenview project involved refinishing floors and stairs, as well as replacing spindles.

In the Glenview area, we relocated all furniture to the garage and basement. We removed carpet on the 2nd floor, installed new red oak floors to match the existing first floor flooring, refinished the entire staircase (including handrails and posts), replaced spindles, and refinished the first floor. The stain used was a blend of Duraseal colors—60% Fruitwood and 40% Country White—with a natural Bona sealer and two coats of Bona Traffic HD.
