Natural red oak floors transformed to more modern look, dark walnut stain and Bona Traffic Hd extra matte finish, new upgraded newel posts, squared hand rails and plain iron spindles. Customer also requested some demo work, fireplace removal, a few kitchen cabinets, it also required taking some walls down and building new one.
